Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it. bpexch li may request identity verification at any point, including but not limited to: before processing any withdrawal request, upon significant changes to account details, or when fraud prevention checks are triggered. Players may request the closure of their bpexch li account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure that exceeds the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to the player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.
bpexch li processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit at bpexch li is Rs 200 via Easypaisa and JazzCash, and Rs 500 via bank transfer and card. Deposits are credited to your gaming balance as soon as payment confirmation is received. bpexch li is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network congestion. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into your bpexch li account. Suspicious activity — including large or unusual withdrawal patterns, circular transactions, or deposits immediately followed by full withdrawal without significant gaming activity — may trigger a review. bpexch li reserves the right to delay, freeze, or cancel any transaction while a review is in progress. Zero Platform Fees: bpexch li charges no fees on any deposit or withdrawal. However, your own bank, mobile wallet, or card issuer may apply their standard transaction charges. These are outside bpexch li's control and are not the responsibility of the platform.
bpexch li offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be published alongside each individual offer. By claiming any bonus at bpexch li, you agree to be bound by those specific bonus terms as well as these general Terms and Conditions.
Most bonuses at bpexch li carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20×). This means that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered that number of times before any associated funds become withdrawable. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement must generate Rs 20,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms.
bpexch li takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions that constitute abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, withdrawing a deposit immediately after triggering a no-deposit bonus, placing offsetting bets to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, and exploiting technical errors or miscalculations in bonus credits. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system will have their bonus balance voided and may have their account permanently closed.
Free spins awarded as part of a promotion at bpexch li are valid for specified games only and expire within the timeframe stated in the individual offer. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the relevant promotion. Expired free spins cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
The bpexch li VIP Club is a loyalty programme with five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is based on rolling 90-day wagering volume. The specific threshold for each tier and the benefits associated with each level are published on the VIP Club page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
VIP tier status at bpexch li is maintained based on the player's activity over any rolling 90-day period. If a player's wagering volume falls below the threshold for their current tier, bpexch li will notify the player and apply a 30-day grace period before any tier downgrade takes effect. During this period, the player retains all benefits of their current tier.
Weekly cashback credited to VIP members is calculated on net gaming losses over the Monday-to-Sunday period and credited automatically each Sunday. From Gold tier upwards, cashback is credited with zero wagering requirement and is immediately withdrawable. Bronze and Silver cashback carries a 1× wagering requirement. bpexch li reserves the right to modify cashback rates with 30 days' prior notice to affected members.
Diamond tier at bpexch li is by invitation and requires a review by the VIP team. bpexch li makes no guarantee that any player who reaches Platinum wagering levels will automatically be upgraded to Diamond. The decision to extend a Diamond invitation rests with the bpexch li VIP team and takes into account overall account standing, payment history, and responsible gaming compliance.
All games available on bpexch li use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Where an account is closed by bpexch li due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance in the account — including real-money funds — may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at bpexch li's discretion for non-fraudulent reasons, any verified real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 working days.
